Rental conditions
- The end of stay cleaning is extra (€150)
- Electricity charges included (from 10 to 12kw) extra if exceeded.
- A deposit of €1200 (not cashed) will be requested at the beginning of your stay. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay, possibly deducted from the cost of missing or deteriorated equipment, and from the costs of restoration.
- In case of late arrival or early departure, no refund or reduction can be claimed.
- These prices include the supply of sheets and beds made on arrival.

- Beds made on arrival at an additional cost (10€/room) and on request.

In the event of delayed arrival or early departure, no refund or discount may be claimed.
