Rental conditions

  • The end of stay cleaning is extra (€150)
  • Electricity charges included (from 10 to 12kw) extra if exceeded.
  • A deposit of €1200 (not cashed) will be requested at the beginning of your stay. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay, possibly deducted from the cost of missing or deteriorated equipment, and from the costs of restoration.
  • In case of late arrival or early departure, no refund or reduction can be claimed.
  • These prices include the supply of sheets and beds made on arrival.
  • These prices include the supply of sheets and bathroom linen, except pool towels.
  • Beds made on arrival at an additional cost (10€/room) and on request.
  • Baby kit on request when booking.
  • The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the deposit.
  • For the tranquility of our guests, we do not accept your little companions.

  • Pay Booking Deposit: The Booking Deposit is 25% of the cost of the rental and must be paid upon receipt of your contract which you must also return to us signed. These will be deducted from the amount of your stay. The rental becomes effective only with our agreement and after receipt of the deposit. In case of cancellation, less than 14 days before your arrival, the full deposit is withheld,
  • Pay the rental balance: The rental balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival. Accepted methods of payment: payments by bank transfers, cheques or cash,
  • Arrive at Mons et Merveilles: Arrivals take place between 5pm and 7pm and departures no later than 10am. A deposit will be requested at the beginning of your stay.
